Here are some of the most frequently asked questions to SCAS HQ regarding the Game and Country Fair.

If you can't find the answer to your question here please do not hesitate to contact us on 01483 890810 or email scas@surreycountyshow.co.uk

Q.Where can I park?
Parking is free at Loseley Park and there is a Blue Badge Holder area close to the showground. Parking is on grass and the ground is uneven – please take care.
Q.Can I bring my dog?
Yes! The Surrey Game and Country Fair is a dog friendly event – we just ask that dogs are kept on leads. You can even enter your dog into the dog show or have-a-go in the terrier racing. Dogs are also welcome on leads at the Ploughing Match. In the event of warm weather please do not leave your dog in your car.
Q.How can I buy my ticket for the Fair?
Advance, reduced rate tickets will be available online until midday Friday 21st September. Simply print your e-ticket and bring it on the day. Full price tickets are available on the day or by calling SCAS on 01483 890810. The last date for purchasing tickets over the phone is Friday 16th September and there will be a £1 administrative charge.
Q.What shall I wear to the Fair?
Please check the weather forecast before the day and dress appropriately. In the event of rain, wellies or suitable shoes are advisable. If it’s warm and sunny, please ensure you drink plenty of water and use sun block.
Q.Is there a cash point at the Fair?
A cash point is not provided at this event, but many of the traders are able to accept credit and debit cards.
Q.Is there disabled access to the Fair?
Disabled drivers parking is provided close to the Park – please follow the signs or ask a steward. There are two suitable lavatories on the site, plus facilities at the Loseley House Shop and in the Tithe Barn. If you are dependent on a carer (for example if you are in a wheelchair and need help with mobilising) we offer free entrance for one carer. Mobility scooter hire is available - please visit www.eventmobility.org.uk/book-your-scooter. Please note that Loseley Park is predominantly grass and can be uneven.
Q.Can I join the Surrey County Agricultural Society at the Fair?
Membership to the Society may be purchased from the event office on the day or via our website here. Remember, members are entitled to free entry to both the Game and Country Fair and the County Show in May.
Q.Can I use public transport to get to the Fair?
Loseley Park is a 15 minute walk from Farncombe railway station, or a 40 minute walk from Guildford railway station. Please take care if walking from Farncombe as there are no pavements on the B3000.
Q.What time does the Fair open and close?
Gates open at 9am and we close the Fair at 5pm.
